The treatment alternates with relaxing massage of the neck and shoulders, followed by gua sha technique to increase circulation and promote deep relaxation. The hands and arms are massaged, and the feet are wrapped in warm towels before a cooling foot cream is worked in with gentle massage techniques.
The treatment concludes with acupressure on the scalp and face using a fragrant facial oil for a harmonizing and calming effect. The hair is left with renewed strength, shine, and vitality.
